Activities
We believe that young people’s lives can be changed through small, encouraging impulses given at an early stage of development, and that this can allow them to choose bold and demanding paths. Our goal is to help our pupils realize that believing in their own talents, ambitious goal setting and consistency in action are the key elements which open up new opportunities.
Why the English language
A knowledge of English - the ability to obtain information and communicate freely - largely predetermines success or failure in the future. Currently, knowledge of English is an essential requirement for joining almost any prospective profession and opens the door to the information society through an understanding of the surrounding world. By organizing English classes for children and young people from disadvantaged areas, we provide them with equal treatment. We make sure that the courses are focussed on fluency and communication in English.
Scholarships
We invite the most talented students to the scholarship program, those in whom we see the greatest potential for development and the most effective use of financial support. They receive annual scholarships of 3,000 PLN, and provide proof of purchase for all their spending. Funds are disbursed in monthly instalments throughout the school year. The scholarship funds are specifically targeted, and can be used for the purchase of scientific materials, courses and educational trips, and for participation in the social life of the school.
This is very often the first step towards success in larger scholarship programs in the future.
Our graduates are studying at leading Polish and overseas universities (including the University of Oxford, University of Warsaw, University of Economics in Poznań) and fulfilling their professional dreams on competitive career paths.

The role of the teacher
We achieve our goals by employing teachers who pass on their knowledge to children in disadvantaged areas. In addition to their teaching duties, the Foundation's teachers agree to engage in projects for the benefit of the local community. The intention of the Foundation is to stimulate the development of communities in which there is a Teacher who supports students wisely by presenting new perspectives and opportunities.

Learning a foreign language requires consistency and long-term effort, so we focus on stable cooperation with trusted teachers. We expect our teachers to motivate their pupils to attend classes regularly, to monitor their progress and hold them accountable for homework. Thanks to the high quality of teaching, there is almost one hundred percent attendance in classes at the institutions we select.
